First of all, I never wanted this item! It was purchased in error and I immediately alerted the company and asked for a refund. They ignored me until they had already shipped the item, and then asked me why I wanted to cancel?! I told them several times that I did not want the item and to please not ship. They responded as if they didn't even read my emails! Now it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received the item!!! But yet I'm being asked to do a review. I am still currently waiting on the item so that I can return to sender and receive my refund which I'm sure at this point will be a hassle and will ignored too. I plan on filing a claim! So my review and advice...don't but from this company!!!!
